Rose-Marie et Corinne proved to be very active and effective in finding potential buyers to visit the house, which was definitely not easy at the time of Covid-19. They were superb in highlighting the many great assets of the house. They were very persistent and precise in accompanying the process towards the sale. Since the house was unoccupied, they were willing to go beyond the call of duty in making sure that the house remained in perfect shape until the day of the sale.

Due to corona, a lot of interactions...

Due to corona, a lot of interactions had to be conducted online, making communications a bit more complex. Moreover our French is not good enough, although her English is very satisfactory. She seemed at times not to be assertive enough vis-à-vis the buyer's additional demands even after the 'compromis de vente' had been signed. As sellers we are wondering whether it was necessary to accommodate buyer's demand that we take on the costly maintenance tasks of house and garden for the lengthy period on which buyer insisted.
