Tim Boldry at Artaxa has been 100% committed to our property sale from day one. There were many hoops to jump as the sale was not straight forward. We were the buyers not the sellers. The whole process went incredibly smoothly with all questions answered quickly, fairly and competently. This was our first time buying a property abroad and as we live over 1100km away almost everything was done remotely. It couldn’t have gone better. The agent Tim was brilliant.
