An honest, efficient approach that got the results

Suzanne knows the market and was able to advise us what would help to sell our property, even if we didn't initially like some of it! Très bonne qualité de service

Suzanne was an excellent real estate agent, consistently listening to my comments/concerns throughout the purchase process and responding with measured guidance. Suzanne showed the property on two occasions, once virtually and once in person. To accommodate the pending sale of my US property Suzanne worked with the notary to facilitate a unique loan structure. Once an unexpected event occurred, a sharp decline in the dollar/euro exchange rate, Suzanne worked with the vendor to bridge the loss - the deal very well may have fallen through without her intervention. From loans to currency exchange, foreign property purchase is challenging and certainly I would not have completed purchase without Suzann’s steady professional service.

hyper recommandable

franchement nous n'aurions pas vendu sans Suzanne, super pro - et objective - elle a vraiment su nous rassurer quand il le fallait, s'est accrochée pour vérifier et garantir que la vente se fasse, et ce fut un gros travail qui a duré des mois au vu de circonstances particulières, nous lui sommes vraiment reconnaissants!
