Outstanding personal service

My Leggett contact, Sylvaine Gauthier, has been absolutely amazing. She has done so much without being asked from arranging electric and water accounts, making sure the property was transferred in the original state and answering every question I had .... sometimes twice. It feels like gaining a house and a friend. Thank you Sylvaine and thank you Leggett.

Great Service!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gerry and Vanessa who are absolutely amazing! We're South African buyers and we had some issues moving our funds over from SA during a house purchase process. It was a hugely stressful and debilitating time but both of these incredible women were always available with support, encouragement and assistance. It took a little while to find our feet again but we finally, with their help, bought a house. Their service did not stop there - they helped with utilities, recommendations, advice. Great service and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you :)

Excellent Service and a Very Good Experience

This was my first property purchase overseas and Leggett Immobilier's Deb Bush was superb. Efficient, always helpful, and never too busy to take my texts, emails, or phone calls, Debra was the epitome of excellence. I wasn't sure what to expect during the purchase process. It is different in my own country. Deb was understanding and coached me through every twist and turn. And a lot of waiting. Finally, everything came through and the transaction was completed -- and I'm a proud owner of a lovely French home. Thanks to Deb and Leggett!

le premier contact a été essentiel. Une très grande écoute et Madame Myriam WINLING a pris beaucoup de temps pour m'expliquer point par point le déroulé de notre collaboration puis elle a étudié et photographié toute la maison. Très courtoise, elle a compris mon problème. tout au long de ses recherches elle m'a informée, rassurée et pris en compte mes problématiques. la vente s'est faite rapidement conformément à ses estimations, les formalités étaient parfaites. Full service experience that helped us feel safe and secure about our home investment.

Excellent service

Right from the first meeting , we were very impressed with our agent , Julie Hill . She was professional but also very friendly and put us at ease during what could have been an otherwise stressful time ; regular contact , advice , feedback and encouragement during quieter viewing periods meant that we always felt supported. Once potential buyers had been found , Julie worked hard to ensure that our needs and concerns were addressed promptly (as were the buyers) and that everything went smoothly until the sale had been completed. With regard to the marketing of our property , we could not really have asked for any more ; excellent presentation on the website with great photos/video to maximise the attractiveness - as witnessed by the number of enquiries/viewings and also the diversity of international interest. We are delighted with the service that we received from Leggetts and would not hesitate to recommend them.
