Excellent communication

KS, our estate agent went above and beyond her duties to ensure the sale went ahead. She communicated effectively throughout the process, contacting us in 2 different countries. She helped us to understand the intricacies of the French Law which we were not aware of. I would thoroughly recommend her service.

Could do better

Initially the agent helped us out in sorting a problem with our property, but once the Crompris de Vente was signed we felt we came second in importance to the buyers and were not treated equally. We had arranged to have some people help us to sell our furniture and needed the agent to support us with this arrangement but unfortunately showed a lack of courtesy towards them. We would suggest that the company provides training in people skills and treating sellers and buyers alike.

La maison s'est vendue quelques mois après sa mise sur le marché et à un prix très proche de celui demandé. Leggett ont été utiles pour rassembler toute la documentation requise et les enquêtes effectuées et le transfert d'eau et d'énergie. Nous les recommanderions.
