Efficient and friendly service

David went to great lengths to ensure that the purchasers were happy and was very helpful. He completed the sale in France for us , at distance as we live in Spain. He was available when we needed him and communicated well.

Exceeded my high expectations.

Susanne Gale came to advise me about the sale of my property and I was impressed by her friendly professionalism. She was always available with advice and to answer my many questions and, despite having a portfolio of properties that she was marketing she always made time to come especially when the eventual purchasers visited with different artisans. I was also impressed by other services offered by Leggett including the preparation of the Compromis de Vente and remote signing. Selling my house was as made as painless and stress free as possible.
