Good quality of service

We had a very smooth purchase with Leggetts estate agents. Lindsay Self was our representative and found us a property that ticked every box for us. She went the extra mile and guided us through the buying process. Superb in every way

This was an astonishingly positive experIence for us; the service, commitment and expertise provided by Alan and Andrea, on behalf of Leggett, were in a completely different league to other agents we have known. They were superb at every stage: unrelentingly hard-working, quick, quiet, and calm, intelligent, efficient and effective, with a problem-solving mindset throughout. They quickly sold our house for us. To our surprise we enjoyed the process and are even wishing we owned more houses for them to sell for us. House purchase Benaize France December 19th 2023

Absolutely awful !!!! Our agents misled and lied to us about the electricity supply to our property. This impacted on us not being able to stay in the property over Christmas as planned and we had to return to England very unhappy. Please contact us for further information. Sarah and Neale Obrien.

Professionalism and Patience

The sale was handled by agent Michelle Fullbrook initially and later by Simon Robinson. One sale fell through when the buyers changed their minds. A further sale fell through when the buyer created a number of problems with a requirement for retrospective planning permissions for works done prior to our ownership. Despite the valiant efforts of Michelle the buyer eventually withdrew just prior to the Compromis de Vente. Simon Robinson handled the final offer which eventually reached a successful outcome. Both Michelle and Simon showed great perseverance and patience trying to resolve the problems created by the second buyer and Simon worked tirelessly to get the planning permissions approved so that the sale could proceed to completion. We were particularly impressed with Simon's video of the property which led to the final successful offer. We were kept fully informed throughout and had no problems getting hold of both the agents when we needed to. Very impressed!
