Susanne G. est une grande professionnel qui offre un suivi impeccable.

Nous avons acheté une maison en Dordogne la transaction ce faisant, à part pour l'offre initiale, a distance. Cela demande un suivi un peu plus complique et bien plus précis du dossier. Susanne G. c'est acquitté de cette mission de façon irréprochable. C'est grâce a elle que 1) nous n'avons pratiquement pas eu a fournir d'efforts, 2) tout c'est passé sans accroche.

Sale of House in Dorgogne

The completion process has been a total joke. This is not necessarily the fault of the Agent concerned but the experience is the same regardless. Despite having completed almost two weeks ago, funds STILL have not been paid to my account. SO the buyer is living in my property and I am unable to repay my mortgage or benefit from the funds which have come from the sale of the property. The Notaire selected for the transaction is totally incompetent and I would recommend anyone thinking of using her to not bother.

Horrendous

The agent sold our property to her friend's daughter - was this a "Conflict of interest" We got the lower end of the price the agent put on the property. Financial papers and files were taken away by the agent without our permission. NO "for sale board" was put up - "it would encourage people to be nosey and ask the price" was what the agent told us when we met her in May. Left standing at the Notaires - we had to ask the agent, how and when the payment would be made

Excellent service in the Creuse once again!

The wonderful Dutch lady in the Creuse was a delight to deal with and she had the whole sale under control right from the beginning. She only took a few days to find a buyer and the sale completed 12 weeks later - fantastic service would highly recommend.

Une tres bonne prestation

Nous avons essaye avec une agence francaise mais nous avons ete tres tres decus. Une ami a indique la societe et nous avons ete tres contents. L'agent est anglais ce qui a aide et nous sommes tres heureux du service qu'il nous a rendu. La maison a ete vendue ce qui fut l'objectif.
