Excellent and professional

Heather, in Morillon/Samoens, gave a first class service. She was friendly, efficient and professional throughout a process that was complex at times. She is knowledgable and pro-active. She always responds to emails and calls very quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I would, indeed already have, recommended her without any hesitation.
