Excellent service

Excellent service from Michelle Rose pre-sale,at point of sale through to signing of the acte de vente. She was extremely helpful at all times and most suppportive in every way. Nothing was too much trouble and she willingly helped whenever a problem arose and eased the whole process taking a lot of pressure off my wife and I. The selling experience through Leggett was a good one and I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone buying or selling in France.

Perfect

Our estate agent was very efficient and organised but did not hurry us to a decision and was understanding of our concerns and worries. She showed the cottage to people who were really suitable buyers and we had an offer in the first week. By the second week we had closed the deal. We chose to sign up for a sole agent as we wanted to benefit from the reimbursement of the diagnostics. We thought that would never happen but it did. It came to about 300 euros so we were pleased.
