Un excellent accompagnement de A à Z

Lors de l'achat d'une maison, un accompagnement professionnel personnel est nécessaire. Surtout s'il s'agit d'une résidence secondaire. Le multilinguisme parfait de l'agence aide à bien comprendre les procédures. L'agent local défend les souhaits de l'acheteur et du vendeur. Même si le temps de traitement du dossier peut être un peu long, une communication claire et transparente aide à faire confiance à l'agence.

Very good service form first discussions on the property to completing.

Always professional but also highly personable. Local knowledge and support on my first investment in France was excellent. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others. Très bon agent immobilier

L'agent immobilier ,Rita BRYAN, a toujours été à notre écoute. Elle n'a pas ménagé ses efforts pour réussir la vente . Très disponible pour de nombreuses visites. N'étant pas sur place , elle nous a beaucoup aidé dans certaines démarches , telles que les diagnostics ,le ramonage des cheminées etc... Nous sommes enchantées de sa prestation . Mise en vente suivie par agence. Beaucoup de disponibilités pour les potentiels acheteurs. Seul bémol, quelques difficultés pour la signature du mandat.

Lack of follow up and professional appearance

to say that service and follow up and was bad is beyond description from agent right to the top, i would not use nor would i recommend Legget to any one in my area AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND IT WILL
