Excellents résultats malgré un contexte difficile

Le bien était difficile à vendre : grande maison de 350 m² avec piscine, dans un village de 500 habitants très éloigné de toute activité économique. Les restrictions de déplacement dues à la pandémie ont fortement limité les visites mais JLV, l'agent local, ne s'est pas découragé. Il a trouvé l'acquéreur et nous a accompagnés jusqu'à la signature.

Prettige samenwerking

De verkoop is zeer vlot verlopen. Alle technische keuringen hadden eerder gekund om de totale doorlooptijd korter te maken. Vreemd dat de notaris een solvabiliteitsverklaring nodig had om de koopsom over te kunnen boeken.

Superb service!
