Great service

Our move from the Netherlands to France has been wonderfully supported by Kate. Not only were the matters surrounding the purchase well looked after, but the service went much further. She put us in contact with a contractor, structural engineer etc. She also arranged electricity, water and internet. In short, nothing but praise.

Dreadful - 21/02/2022

I have not been satisfied with the service that I was promised.

Having decided to go with Leggetts' Immobilier due to to their reputation and being offered their exclusive service for selling my property. From the very onset the offices in Rochebeaucourt were completely in the dark as to who was doing what - their being no team work and not answering questions when asked. Having sold my property within the first month of marketing and expecting all to be completed in the normal three months, finally in February having just completed! A dreadful agency never recommending anyone to use - It has taken seven and a half months - I'm lost for words and the upset this has caused myself - The amount of money they have made from the sale and not one email making an apology for all the upset and inconvenience caused. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. Receiving this questionnaire in French is hopeless to myself, suggest you have at least an option for English - am I surprised, no!

efficient, professional service

Rosalind worked very hard and traveled large distances to sell our property. She beat off local competition from a well known company. The online photo coverage was particularly useful since it attracted local villagers who now are aware of what properties are locally available and might provide future clients. Rosalind was pleasant and friendly and just the sort of person for this job. We enjoyed the whole experience immensely - thank you.

Very professional service from start to finish

As Andrew had previously sold my sons apartment in the same building and my nieces apartment elsewhere in Saiint gervais I can strongly recommend Andrew and did not hesitate when it came to selling my property Andrew was very professional with the sale of our apartment in SAINT-GERVAIS. Online presentation and visibility was excellent, I was kept informed at all stages and received great assistance dealing with the inheritance issues with the notary .Andrew worked with his colleague Andrea who found a buyer and everything was signed remotely. Andrew even helped when due to travel restrictions were not able to visit presale to empty personal belongings from the apartment and the cellar.

Excellent "at a long distance" support to the buyer

At the start of a project like this, you are not familiar with the local practice and circumstances. You have in mind the way of working of a Dutch real estate agent, although the agent explained at the beginning, that she has to play a supportive role on both sides after there is a deal between seller and buyer. We, as a buyer "at a distance", only can say: she really made this happen! Verry, very supportive with a lot of patience, but also pushing the local notary and acting as a intermediate when necessary. Many, many thanks to the agent for all her support during the whole process (from the local visit up to and including the "acte de vente").
