Très décevant!

We chose to use LEGGETT based on the fact that they have such a large presence and promise to ‘hold your hand along the way’. This couldn’t have been further from the truth. During the whole process we were made to feel like we were difficult rather than having our questions dealt with empathy, we were left in the dark for long periods and information was not shared transparently throughout. One of our biggest regrets in life will be that we didn’t use a local French agency or approach our sellers directly.

Superb Service

My experience with this company was provided with the highest starting point, that of an amazing agent, KH. It was the initial communication with her that convinced me your company would provide me with support, professionalism combined with a very empathetic manner. All paperwork to set up the sale was dealt with both efficiently and effectively ensuring I was fully aware of all procedures. The monthly feedback from the website viewings was also valuable especially as this all took place during the Covid Lockdown.
