A highly impressive service by our Leggett Agents...

As foreigners selling a house in a different country with a totally different selling process to ours, we found the help given to us by our Leggett agents, Chris & Claire, to be invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble for them - and they often offered help in situations where we didn't even realise that we needed the help, until they kindly explained otherwise! Their care of us and attention to detail in all matters was remarkable and very much appreciated., They also adjusted their normal selling process very readily to our individual situation - which was different from the norm in that we built the house rather than buying a ready-built house. There were further challenges due to eleventh-hour difficulties during the sale - but again these were circumvented with humour, quiet professionalism and characteristic fortitude until the selling process was complete. Their calmness certainly resulted in less worry for us. We feel lucky that we chose Leggett's as our French Estate Agents as the level of service from Chris & Claire was excellent - and way beyond anything that we have received from Estate Agents in the UK. Thanks again for everything!

A Great Experience

When the time came to sell our French holiday home we thought Leggett might be a good place to start. When we met their local agents we were immediately impressed with their knowledge of the market, their readiness to find solutions to all the practical problems we had been worrying about, and with the professional way they went about things. They were also very nice people. We thought their advice about pricing and marketing was excellent, and they got on quickly with preparing the sales materials and arranging viewings. They were very helpful in arranging diagnostic tests and recommending an English-speaking notaire, and kept us up to date with news about viewings and feedback. Throughout the whole process, we felt completely confident that they would handle everything well and help us sort out any problems. That degree of piece of mind is priceless - and being able to talk things through in English was incredibly helpful. In the event the sale was speedy and very smooth.

Fantastic!

Amazing Customer Service - nothing too Much - Highly Recommend ! Their agents and office staff are very knowledgeable and they helped use through the whole process - even with COVID doing its best to slow the process :-) I wish to especially thank Nancy (Assistante Commerciale / Appointment Co-ordinator - Leggett Immobilier REGIONS POITOU CHARENTES LOIRE ATLANTIQUE & POITOU TOURAINE) for organising all our viewings with amazing detail and efficiency and then Colin (Agent Commercial) who has helped us from when we saw our dream - through the buying process and to finally getting our keys in January. Excellent service de MS

M. est professionnel, proactif et très sympathique tout à la fois! Il nous a très bien accompagnés sur l'achat de notre maison, s'est montré discret mais efficace. Son français est excellent et il est très au point sur les réglementations françaises et nous a beaucoup aidé à comprendre les étapes et le processus. Excellent service, on recommande fortement!!

Bon accueil et sérieux de la prestation

Bons contacts (par mails) et bonne réactivité du personnel de l'agence, en particulier avec l'agent en charge de la vente. La visite du bien s'est faite également en toute transparence sans rien cacher des points négatifs quand il y en a. La négociation a été aussi appréciable.
