Very good service

Many problems can arise during the sale of a house, I think it’s how the company or agents deal with those problems that arise that make them either a good or a bad agent, a great or a poor experience. My sale had a few problems and Patricia dealt with these problems in a very professional manner, I could not have asked for anymore from her. She has still managed to help my after the sale of the house with a cheerful smile and “CAN DO” attitude. She went above and beyond anything I could wish to ask for, brilliant.

Dear Andrew, I recently received your review from our head office, and I want to address your concerns. It's important to understand that it was your Notary in Mansle who identified that your existing rental agreement did not comply with French regulations. Consequently, they insisted that I collaborate with the buyer's Notary to create a new contract. Your tenants did not wish to have their names associated with the utility bills. However, an even more critical issue was the condemned boiler in the property. Transferring the responsibility for this boiler to the buyers would have posed significant legal challenges. In essence, it would have been legally impossible to proceed with the sale under these circumstances. I understand that you might be feeling disappointed, but it's essential to recognize that the outcome of the tenants, leaving the property was, in fact, the most viable option for both you and the buyers. The fee at 6% is very high for the work done. There are other fees on top such as a capital gains tax calculation

We undertake a lot of marketing and client support for our vendors and buyers; some smaller agencies are not able to offer this, which can mean they can sometimes charge slightly less in agency fees as they do not offer these services.
