We recently bought our house In Charme We had the pleasure of Tone & Paul as our estate agent Nothing was to much trouble for them . They explained everything about the property and the process of buying a home in France They helped with insurance Notaries etc Thay have helped with the utility bills, and if we needed to find a DIY shop gave us lots of advice We would have struggled to sort this all out without them Would highly recommend them

Sale if 2 houses in St Jean D’Angley

We sold house in 2022 and a second property this year as part of an estate. Clare Pickering our agent was fantastic on both sales . We had a issue with water supply to and from our property Clare loaded with SAUR the maire and the Notaire to get this resolved. She kept us full up to date at all times . It has been a pleasure to work with her . L accompagnement est très professionnel , il n y a que les frais d agence que j ai trouves très élèves pour l acheteur, car cela m’a obligée à baisser le prix de ma maison sinon la vente était caduc
