worst experiance of my life!

bought a small piece of land for €5000 agency fees €6500 another of your agents said that was too high he could of charged less, kept on saying during the whole process that the cadastral plan is only a guide for the tax collector, when i asked for the geomet was told that would be my job as the seller knows where the line is and i would have to pay the €2000. Asked the agent if the seller could remove his rubbish but the seller said he had no money so i got a quote for its removal and the seller said no the agent said in an email that if we completed he would pay the €250, when we sighned yhe act he said to me that i told him that i would pay for it so he was not going too. the whole thing was a farce, lying cheating gits.

Prestation correcte, mais frais exorbitants !

Vous avez vraiment la chance d'avoir eu l'exclusivité sur ce bien et que nous avons eu un coup de coeur ... Il est inadmissible de prendre autant près de 9% du prix du bien.

Brilliant !

New proud and happy new owner of a 600-something-year-old stone house. Humble little holiday house, at the bottom of the price list. FF un vrai professionnel de l’immobilier

FF a été à l’écoute de mes critères de recherche. Il ne m’a proposé que des biens correspondant exactement à ce que je cherchais , je n’en n’ai visité qu’un seul , le soir même j’ai fait une offre, une négociation a abouti dans le week-end . Après la vente autour d’un café , FF a pris le temps de revenir pour à nouveau faire le tour de l’appartement. Bravo et merci pour cet accompagnement .

Excellent service. A deloight to deal wth.

Nicola did an exceptional job in marketing my property. It was a quirky piece of industrial architecture in a charming rural location - a real one-off. She immediately got to grips with its particular attractions and indeed its limitations. Throughout the sales process, she responded promptly to emails and phone calls, and when problems cropped up, she dealt with them efficiently and with good humour. I cannot speak too highly of the service she provided, and I have no hesitation in recommending her to others considering selling a property in the area.
